Graduated from Kester Grant College, Philippines with a Bachelor of Science in Nursing with a career objective in either Nursing or the Finance industry. I’m an independent person with a self-resource acquiring attitude and an interest to keep learning new skills and knowledge. I’m also a good team player, being able to work hand-in-hand with others to achieve desirable goals and contribute as much as possible for the company that I’m working with.

 

My current job is with the Shared Service Center department in CITCO Philippine as a Senior Quality Control Partner. I started out with CITCO in 2013 as a Trade Processor and moved on to the QC position in 2015. I’ve worked closely with the department as part of the Trade Processor and the QC team where we assisted to provide the highest quality services to our global internal IR clients.

Throughout my 5 years with the company, I’ve gained significant knowledge and technical acumen in the hedge fund industry and also invaluable skills and experience in working with people as part of their team member.

 

I am open for new opportunities not only to gain more experiences and knowledge but to also assist in improving and assisting in as many ways as possible to achieve the company’s visions. Experience

February 2013 to Present Senior Quality Control Partner and Senior Trade Processor at CITCO International Support Services Limited - Philippines ROHQ

In Trade Processor – Input Investors’ trade instructions into internal proprietary system with high accuracy and standards. Generate and distributes multiple types of correspondences to investors which includes, trade confirmations, settlement advices, contract notes and MVS statements. I’m also required to maintain proficiency in the different types of trade platforms and also be familiar with the different Funds’ and Investor’s parameters. As a Senior, I am also involved in training other Trade Processors and reviewing their errors to achieve the required standards. Frequent feedback meetings and communications are also initiated with other regional offices to maintain team’s standards and performances.

In Quality Control – Involved in meticulous reviewing of trades information inputs and documentations from the Trade Processor department to ensure the integrity and accuracy of the trades data. Apart from that, new and existing Funds’ data setups are also meticulously reviewed and counter checks against the respective Fund’s Offering Memorendum. Frequent meetings are also initiated with front-end IR Managers to discuss issues and improvements of the current workflows and policies between the departments. Other routine and ad-hoc tasks includes generating monthly and weekly reports for the department, handling ad-hoc projects and organize training and procedure updates.

November 2010 to September 2012 Staff Nurse at Marikina St. Vincent General Hospital and P. Gonzales Memorial Hospital

Provide direct nursing care and identifies the needs of the patients. Assist in the administrative process of admitting and discharging of patients. Observe medical sepsis and sign and symptoms and institutes the necessary remedies/actions. Working closely with doctors and carry out their specific instructions carefully. Other duties includes recording of patient’s vital signs, administer and chart medications intakes accurately and ensure proper treatments are provided. Other miscellaneous tasks includes instructing the patient’s families, attending to the patient’s emotional stresses and concerns and ensure high standards of the patient’s safety, cleanliness and comfort.
