ü  Sectional Head of Stock House and BLT

ü  Ensured raw material availability, continuous charging, BLT troubleshooting, charging MATRIX setting, manpower distribution, maintenance planning and long term planning.

ü  Formulated operational strategies as the member BF Core Operation Team.

ü  Evaluated various process & system parameters like Raw Material Size Analysis, Manpower Productivity to plan for achieving desired productivity and hot metal quality.

ü  Developed SOPs for the newly commissioned Stock House of BF no. 5

ü  Initiated successful implementation of “Zero Spillage” mechanism as well as the cost reduction by “Recirculation of Spilled Materials” related to Charging systems along with Mechanical and Electrical selection.

ü  Implemented Cost Control measures and developed cost effective modifications in Stock House Area.

ü  Recorded zero unsolved customer / supplier related complaints by 100% completion of 3Casts/Shift Target by Smart Controlling of Logistics and Proactive Measures, while working as the Shift Manager.

ü  Successful in reducing maintenance shutdown rate from 16% to 2.7% as well as saving maintenance costs by 10% through effective roll-out of “Streamlining Maintenance Schedule” and “Knowledge Enhancement” of individual workers.
