PURPOSE AND OBJECTIVES
Global Business Operation’ (GBO) mission is to boost field productivity and improve business predictability. This mission is accomplished by driving adoption and execution of Franchise for Customer Success (F4CS) operational practices which support business process simplification and better operational discipline.
The CE&X Field Ops Business Partner’s mission is to boost field productivity, improve business predictability and support executive decision-making. This mission is accomplished by driving adoption and execution of Franchise for Customer Success (F4CS) operational practices which support business process simplification and better operational discipline.
The CE&X Field Ops Business Partner should have a solid understanding of all operational processes, tools and reporting assets of the F4CS in support of the LACE Operating Model but will primarily focus on driving operational excellence in the Expand phase of LACE (Expand F4CS). CE&X Field Ops Business Partners may also volunteer for, or be called upon, to join specific projects related to F4CS or other areas relevant to their role.
A key requirement for Regional CE&X Field Ops Business Partners is that they be located in the same geographic region as the team (or teams) they support.
