Workday Functional Tester Permanent NEW

· Work as a Workday Functional Test Lead creating test scenarios, test cases, performing test execution, logging defects / tracking and ensuring timely closure of test phases

· Create automated test cases using TOSCA and perform execution

· Development and maintenance of procedures for smoke, regressions, system load, data conversion, system integration test, and user acceptance testing.

· Work with downstream/ upstream application owners to ensure integrated tests are executed and completed in time

· Collaborate with teams across shores to meet the required outcomes and objectives

· Prioritize test execution and retest defects when available

· Work with implementation team to ensure defects are fixed and prioritized based on test schedule

· Provide status reports to the leads/ managers highlighting dependencies and blockers with anticipated solutions

Prerequisites

· Overall, 6-8 years of experience with 2+ years of HCM consulting experience, most recently in a Lead role, or similar level role, preferably with a large consulting firm

· 1+ years of hands on experience delivering Workday implementations in a functional capacity

· Existing and up to date Workday HCM Partner Certification
