Our client is an established international bank, seeking a Wealth Management Marketing Lead to support the Bank’s strategy for their retail / affluent wealth business.

This role will require expertise in paid media / performance marketing, as well as proven track record
in launching large scale marketing campaigns. Experience with building full funnel campaigns will be important, as it will require addressing the customer wealth life cycle and how to drive growth with wealth customer segments.

about the job

• Manage the overall marketing and paid media strategy in growing the retail / affluent banking wealth management business
• Lead various cross-functional stakeholders to build the sales and marketing roadmap for the retail wealth business
• Ensure effective implementation of the strategy across markets and continually identify opportunities to define target audience, optimize CPA and maximize return
• Assist in creating scorecards to track performance, quickly identify/flag any shortfalls early and propose options to get back on track to achieving goals

skills and experience required

• At least 8 years of marketing experience in financial services focusing on growing wealth / affluent management
• Experience in paid media marketing, building sales plans and optimizing media commitments
• Experience in launching marketing campaigns; working with agency teams to deliver creative and messaging
• Proven analytical, project and process management skills
