We’re looking for a candidate to fill this position in an exciting company.
Actively develop outstanding social media marketing communications based in results and client objectives
Lead the agency’s development of the most innovative marketing communications initiatives in the social media and content marketing space
Lead the charge for all new business opportunities for all social media and content marketing initiatives, devising strategies, frameworks, insights, content angles, etc.
Ability to scope projects whilst remaining profitable
Create and write presentations that tell a story that clients can understand and ultimately trust will achieve business goals
Ability to manage and train team members, to include organising, prioritising, and scheduling work assignments for projects from concept to completion
Be a role model and advocate for teamwork and collaboration across the agency and with partners, ensuring all initiatives are integrated
Ability to understand, articulate and present data driven optimization strategies to senior clients.
Gather client requirements and effectively translate them into a cohesive social media strategy, complete with associated work plans for earned, owned and paid social media
Create and foster partnerships with key industry platforms and identity new opportunities with emerging platforms
Leveraging influencer marketing tools, managing relationships with influencers from initial outreach through contract negotiation and execution, and incorporating best practices — and the ability to communicate that information to clients and to internal stakeholders
Provide ongoing thought leadership internally across the agency and externally with clients
Have a deep understanding of how traditional and digital media and advertising can be enhanced by social amplification
8 to 10+ years of experience in a digital marketing/creative/social media/content marketing/PR environment, agency and/or client experience
Deep knowledge and experience with multiple areas of content marketing
Strong understanding of paid/owned/earned content marketing strategies
Demonstrated ability to manage, lead and grow employees and teams
Excellent written and oral communication skills; including the ability to present to VP and C-level executives at Fortune 500 companies
A team player with a positive attitude who is able to handle stressful situations and deadlines calmly
Ability to plan and carry out responsibilities with passion, a can-do attitude, and minimal direction
