VP – Real Estate Investment – Korean/ Japanese language Permanent NEW

This is a newly created role which will seat in the investment & acquisition team. This is an excellent opportunity to work under the leadership of a multifaceted CIO with years of experience in real estate investment and fund management.

You will play a critical role through all phases of the investment processes, primarily responsible for deal origination and execution.

We are looking for someone who has at least 10 – 15 years of investment and acquisition, especially in real estate sector. Familiarity with Japan, Korea market.

Given this is a new role, the ideal candidate should be well rounded and not just ready to execute deals but also be involved in corporate strategy related work as well. He/she will be responsible for operational oversight and management of investments, including working and coordinating closely with other departments within the firm and external partners such as legal counsels
