We’re looking for a candidate to fill this position in an exciting company.
Ensure delivery of quality customer service and operational efficiency whilst minimizing risk to the Bank
Develop and implement operational process improvement initiatives
Develop and deploy of relevant key performance metrics
Provide valued support and resolutions to the business
At least 10 years of experience in Wealth Management or Agent Bank Operations
Strong interpersonal and leadership experience
Ability to liaise with various functions and stakeholders at all levels
Sound product, business and operational knowledge as well a strong understanding of applicable local regulations
Able to drive strategic thinking and continuous improvement in both operational and non-operational areas, including connecting the cross-functional resources to remove waste along the extended value streams.
