We’re looking for a candidate to fill this position in an exciting company.
Lead the ongoing growth of the Enterprise, Mid Market and SMB Partner Sales, Account Management and Ecosystem development. This executive will assume leadership of a growing partner organisation including Regional Vice Presidents and Partner Sales and Account Management team members.
The ongoing growth of the ecosystem including certified individuals and skilled partners supporting the company growth is a core component of this role.
Provide detailed and accurate forecasting of major deals with a partner point of view.
Manage overall partner engagement process, set appropriate metrics for growth and quality of the ecosystem.
Plan and manage at both the strategic and operational levels
Build on the existing relationship with the Customer Success services team and develop complementary routes to market.
1st or 2nd line leadership experience leading teams in strategic partner/customer engagements
Strong track record of recruiting, developing and retaining a high performing, sales driven organization
Consistent overachievement of quota and revenue goals with great success in driving sales growth
10+ years in technology software and/or applications sales (ideally in a CRM, ERP and/or B2B software company), engaged at the CxO level
Ability to provide thought leadership on the APAC partner team and ASEAN leadership team
Proven track record of building satisfied, loyal and referenceable customers in both sales and partners
C-suite level resources, aligned with Regional Vice Presidents, Account Executives and internal leadership teams to present a single front internally and help represent a single vision for our customers
Proven success working within a highly matrixed organization and establishing strong relationships across all functions
