Drive transformation agenda
The incumbent will manage the governance structure that has been set up to steer the organisation’s efforts. He/she will lead a team to support the Transformation Steering Committee, and manage the end to end project lifecycle framework and process. Together with Division peers (Guest Experience Management & IT), he/she will drive efforts to achieve 5-year goals in terms of innovation behaviours (employees), acceleration and scaling of innovation (processes), and technology (platforms).
As a digital evangelist, the incumbent will co-define the long-term Performance, People and Planet goals together with business stakeholders, utilising design thinking to identify desirable, feasible and viable outcomes to evolve the digital strategy and roadmap. He/she will support the execution of identified key initiatives to unlock the potential of new digital technologies in transforming the company’s entire value chain. These will cut across a wide spectrum of projects of various maturity and scale – from incubation, to acceleration to large scale enterprise projects, with separate partnership models with business stakeholders. As an integrated precinct, the digital technologies required span both Front of House and Back of House enablement.
Accelerate and scale innovation
The incumbent will lead the charge to significantly reduce the speed to market of innovation by improving internal processes and tools, support the participation of the entire workforce in innovation through an intrapreneur program in addition to identified key initiatives, scale innovation through setting up an ecosystem of like-minded external partners, and to establish Mandai as a recognised innovation incubator in the areas of tourism, education, animal care and conservation.

In addition, he/she will champion transformation vision, motivate and inspire team members, stakeholders and partners to deliver exceptional outcomes.
15+ years of experience in championing digital transformation & innovation
Demonstrated progressive thinker who can translate strategy into execution.
Track record in driving multi-year enterprise level large-scale end to end digital transformation and change management. Familiarity with attractions and hotel related technology will be a plus.
Role model of the innovation behaviours, including extensive experience with Design Thinking and Agile development or other similar methodologies.
Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with multiple parties in complex projects.
Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to influence through persuasive verbal and written communication.
Creative problem solver who can amplify the impact of lean resources.
Strong project management skills with the ability to work well in a team environment.
Self-starter with tenacity and drive to lead and execute upon multi-year projects.
