We’re looking for a candidate to this position in an exciting company.
Delivers the operating plan and the achievement of growth objectives including market share, revenue and key segments
Responsible for evaluating and applying market research and directing opportunity assessments on new ideas and concepts.
Monitor the landscape of competitive products and industry trends, understanding their implications for MasterCard and propose actions as required.
Lead the development of innovative and differentiated consumer products to meet current and emerging needs of Mastercard customers including new & emerging players such as Wallets , NeoBanks and Fintechs
Develop action plans to protect domestic revenue from local schemes and domestic switches
Support Divisions to drive product innovation and in key customer opportunities
Lead a cross-functional process with marketing, communications and division colleagues to support launch of new features, programs and promotions.
MBA or Masters Degree required
Deep experience in the payments space in Asia Pacific with proven success in product management and commercialization
Proven ability to effectively manage a team in the payments business
Proven ability to develop complex strategic go-to-market plans, and execute on those plans.
In-depth understanding of the payments ecosystem both in Asia Pacific and globally, including issuance, acceptance, tokenization, fast ACH/RTP, push payments etc.
Operational understanding of payments technologies
Ability to leverage technical knowledge & real-world experience to solve complex business problems.
Excellent problem solving and project management skills.
Proven ability to build and maintain strong, productive working relationships with internal stakeholders and external customers
Ability to influence people at multiple levels and navigate a global, decentralized organization
Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal
Ability to develop creative solutions for customer needs across multiple products and services.
