We’re looking for a candidate to this position in an exciting company.
Supporting team operations by maintaining office systems and supervising staff.
Maintains office efficiency by planning and implementing office systems, (including new IT programmes such as Business Intelligence software), reporting tools and templates, designing filing systems and implementing office policies by establishing standards and procedures, measuring results against standards, and making necessary adjustments.
Completes operational requirements by assisting with scheduling and assigning employees; following up on work results.
Keeps senior management informed by reviewing and analysing special reports; summarizing information; identifying trends.
Manages the team responsible for Asset Management by recruiting, selecting, orienting, and training employees.
Maintains office staff job results by coaching, counselling, and disciplining employees, and planning, monitoring, and appraising job results.
Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
Fluent in English. Other South East Asian language desirable
7+ years working experience in hospitality real estate, finance or relevant consulting
Task oriented and possesses a track record of meeting deadlines and delivering on goals.
Detail-oriented, with excellent written and oral communication skills with the ability to work with others to achieve a common goal.
Strong analytical and financial analysis skills, as well as comprehensive knowledge of hotel operations.
Team player, organized, and strong communication skills.
Self-motivated and ability to multi-task.
Comfort in working independently and as part of a diverse regional team
