Accelerate digitalization of EmB’s cash and loan business across core markets through rollout of digital account opening, cash management solutions, FX, digital loans and remodeling of business process/policies/credit models & programs to serve as digital challenger SME banks in their respective markets.
Drive strategic focus on new customer acquisition, market share growth, customer cross-sell & wallet share capture in the region through differentiated customer value proposition and leveraging on channels & data.
Work with regional teams to rollout regional programs, next generation SME credit model and alignment of business & credit practices, policies and programs to ensure consistent customer experience across the EmB franchise.
Drive collaboration programs with CFS & GE partners regionally with preapproved bundles and digital integration.
Qualifications Requirements :
At least 5 years’ of relevant digital, segment or product/segment management experience.
Excellent working knowledge of financial products including loans, trade, cash management products & FX. Knowledge of small business banking a key value add.
