We’re looking for a candidate to this position in an exciting company.
Manage teams of KYC Analysts who cover: CDD Making, KYC Screening and CDD Checking for: New-To-Bank On-Boarding CDD Periodic Review, Trigger Review and Remediation Review of Existing Customers and Closure of Batch Alert Name Screening Hits
Ensure correct understanding and consistency in practice of the Bank’s CDD Standard and policies of the Team
Provide first level AML advisory to the Team for complex cases. And where necessary, escalate to Group FCSS for advice/concurrence.
Ensure that team members are apprised of latest CDD Standard, guidelines and developments, through coaching and team learning/sharing.
Manage work load of the Team in meeting SLA and KPI of the Team
Proactively monitor the productivity of team members and AOS KYC screening queues, to avoid backlogs, as well as adhere to Service Level Agreement (SLA) where applicable.
Regular dialogues and engagement with the IBG RMs/Team Leads to review and to refine the working arrangement.
Bachelor’s degree with at least 10 years of AML/KYC experience dealing with corporate customers.
Strong risk and control mindset.
People-oriented with interpersonal skills, to manage the diversity of the team members and to coach them for improved performance.
Meticulous in picking up errors in case screenings.
Able to multi-task and have positive attitude to motivate the team members towards meeting the targets set.
MIS, metrics and efficiency analysis skills, with the ability to benchmark and track performance improvement.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Access.
