We’re looking for a candidate to fill this position in an exciting company.
Manage and grow existing portfolio in line with the global policy of the bank
Define and implement a strategy for each client in consultation with Head of IBA Coverage
Responsible for maintaining client relationship at an adequate level.
Cross sell product and services as well as the network of the bank
Liaise with the various business lines
Monitor credit quality
Manage on an ongoing basis the return on capital (RWA or economic) for each account.
Ensure a long term profitable relationship and balance growth of the portfolio
Identify and track potential relationship; leverage on all products/services/ business lines of the bank to initiate new profitable relationships, so as to grow the existing IBA Coverage clientele base.
Ensure market information flow regarding product/pricing/ customer satisfaction/risk evolution
Have a systematic and regular approach towards – (i) client activity update (ii) prospection progress (iii) revenue and cost budget maintenance (iv) client documentation (KYC, etc.)
See to timely renewal of credit files and responsible for credit proposal preparation.
Account for the content and quality of credit proposals, watch list and provision report.
Responsible for negotiating documentation and to ensure timely completion of all documentation.
Check the accuracy of reports from credit control and other areas of the bank.
Responsible for the preparation of KYC and general documentation in conjunction with Business Lines.
Ensure compliance with Bank’s policies/procedures and regulatory requirements, in particular with regard to the
Good knowledge of Credit and CIB Banking products including Investment Banking products and services
Good communication skills
Good interpersonal skills and confidence to handle client enquires and requests
At least 7-8 years’ experience in the financial services/investment banking industry with relevant experience.
