We Offer
The role is within the Global Financial Crime Compliance Team and seek to provide oversight and mentorship on regulatory-coverage, monitor, assess, document and derive the regulatory requirements set by various global regulators regarding FCC Surveillance
The Possibility to work with specialist in CCRO Chief Operating Officer, Financial Crime Compliance, IT and Operations team to advise on changing FCC Surveillance regulatory standards.

• The Lead on FCC continuous risk assessment and typology review, which regulators are expecting us to perform to understand our risks
• Responsible for the upgrade of the Bank’s Surveillance environment to meet regulatory and industry standards
• The chance to coordinate the expansion of in depth Surveillance Risks based on regulatory expectation and internal reviews through performing ongoing FCC Transaction Surveillance Risk Assessments (TSRA)
• Assess current Surveillance Risks in order to determine level of existing coverage of identified risks and determine improvement opportunities between identified risks and existing Surveillance Coverage.
• Opportunity to cultivate Regional TSRA results into the Global surveillance tools for consideration for future development and define standard typologies / controls that should be considered for supervising within area of responsibility
• Support the improvement of a repository that provides a consolidated view of all Surveillance Risks and mitigating controls
• Lead engagement with appropriate Regional Senior Management the expansion of the FCC AML Surveillance Typology Library into Core Compliance, including the validation of existing and identify new risks e.g. Market Abuse

You Offer

• 6-10 years’ experience in the field of Compliance / FCC Anti-Money Laundering
• Outstanding writing, analytical, research and interpersonal ability and be able to multi-task and complete projects on time is essential
• Excellent business partner management skills at all levels of the organisation
• Diploma / Certificate in AML preferred but not essential
• Good banking product knowledge is a plus
• Outstanding excel / SQL skills would be preferred
• Control framework design and implementation experience preferred
