About the Trade Support Analyst Role: In this business critical role, you will be part of the trade support desk supporting the front office desks across APAC.
Ensure all trades arrive from the various front-end trade capture systems, and are processed into such in a timely manner
Daily interaction with sales and trading, FO business management
Ensure that all confirmations are delivered to the client, via either fax or email (or alternative route, such as ACS)
Support the accurate trade capture (whether by TS team or trading themselves) of all products and monitoring and booking of relevant life cycle events
Monitor matching tools, ensuring that trades with overseas offices match in a timely manner
Handle trade queries from institutional customers and front office
To succeed in this Trade Support Analyst role in this middle office management environment, you will need to have the ability to handle efficient trade operations flow.
Experience managing trade flow, ideally from a financial services background
Fixed income product knowledge, particularly OTC rates and structured derivatives
Solid understanding of the front-to-back trade life cycle processes is also necessary
Business-level communication skills
Excellent Interpersonal skills
Strong communication skills
