• Handled front to back operations for all products
• Ensure quality and efficiency as well as compliance with government regulations and company policies
• Update and disseminate market information to stakeholders
• Performed documentary checks against import and export LCs
• Handle SWIFT enquiries from issuing bank/present bank
• Assisting in training of relevant staff within the department and organisation

Profile

• A strong leader with a passion for customer excellence
• Minimum 10 years of solid customer services (Trade Finance)
• Excellent leadership, people management and problem solving skills
• Strong interpersonal communication skills
• Customer-centric with the ability to attend to the needs of clients and shareholders
