Test Environment Manager Permanent

– Participate in Solutioning to confirm end-to-end test environment requirements
– Coordinate and setup of non-production environments (development, SIT and UAT) for projects
– Provide 1st level application and environment support for non-production environments
– Report daily environment status to all the stake holders
– Automate daily system health check
– Perform troubleshooting of environmental issues
– Coordination with different support teams such as Infra, application, Vendor & etc
– Monitoring batch jobs and process in non-production environments
– Communicate downtimes of the non-production environments to all stakeholders
– Responsible for environment availability and resolves/escalates issues effectively/timely
– Create Weekly/Monthly environment/application availability Reports

Qualifications
– Diploma or Degree in Computer Science or equivalent technical degree
– 4-6 years of experience in supporting environments in the financial industry
– Good experience of messaging environments
– Understanding of AS400 and knowledge in UNIX/PERL scripting
– Experience in the effective use of tools such as SharePoint, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint & etc
– Understanding of the financial sector and generic Banking Application architecture
– Ability to handle multiple projects/tasks/issues of varying size simultaneously is required
– Ability to share knowledge and train internal support team is highly desired
– Good written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to communicate effectively with management and cross-regional teams
