Work as second line of defines to ensure the compliance of technology risk and cybersecurity, including:
Support in developing and enhancing technology risk and cybersecurity management framework.
Formulate and manage information security policies, standards and procedures.
Plan and conduct information security assessment and IT risk evaluation in area covering IT general controls, information asset management, access controls and endpoint security review. Support the implementation of security initiatives to ensure the compliance with corporate information security policies and compliance standards.
Establish and enforces standard of process related to Technology Risk Management.
Continuously exploring the technology risk and cybersecurity regulation regionally to ensure the compliance with the technology risk and cybersecurity regulation regionally, including APAC, EU, US, etc.
Providing security compliance support for organization’s new product/service launch.
Acting as contact point for external IT and security related audit projects, such as regional compliance assessment, security certification, licensing support in relation to security domains. To assist business units and cross-functional teams in identifying and mitigating information security risks.
Create and manage information security awareness training programs for all employees, contractors and approved system users.
Minimum of 5 years’ experience in cybersecurity, technology risk, risk management, system development management, compliance or IT audit function, gained from other sizable financial institutions.
Bachelor/Master degree from an accredited college / university in Computer Science, Information Security, or related discipline.
Privacy and data protection certifications preferred, such as CISA, CISSP, CRISC, ISO 27001 LA etc.
Profound knowledge of technology risk and compliance across on-premise, cloud, and hybrid architecture.
Experience with usage or implementation of privacy and data loss prevention tools preferred.
Knowledge of the practices and standards commonly adopted by the fintech industry related to the combination of technology risk management and cybersecurity sectors such as Singapore MAS Technology Risk Management Framework, HKMA C-RAF, NIST framework, PCIDSS, FFIEC, etc.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Chinese (Mandarin or Cantonese).

Strong analytical skills and problem solving capabilities.
