Technical Support Engineer Permanent

We’re looking for a candidate to fill this position in an exciting company.

• Assist on the deployment of IT system infrastructure.
• Assist on the hardware installation of CCTV surveillance system and Servers.
• Assist on the routine system maintenance, monitoring and ensure the system operation stability.
• Assist on the troubleshooting, consolidating issue log, and reporting of Company Products.

• Diploma or above, computer science, electronic engineering or relevant major;
• 2 years and above system deployment or maintenance experience in IT, CCTV surveillance system, building access control or related area.
• Experience knowledge with Linux server (CentOS); Kubernets, Docker, Kafka, Zookeeper, Mysql, Cassandra or Elasticsearch related operation experience is preferred.
• Understand CCTV surveillance system and card access system.
• Understand basic Network Knowledge and Server configuration.
• Business trip may be required.
