Permanent role with a Leading Technology Service Provider to provide onsite and remote troubleshooting support to Financial clients.
Your new company Your new firm is a market leader in the Technology Services industry. They serve as the preferred Technology Service Provider for multiple established clients in the Financial Services Sector. This is a newly created role as part of expansion to their local IT team here.
Your new role
Serve as the first POC for all technical issues and provide technical troubleshooting support to user for hardware, software issues on desktop, laptop, printers
Provide onsite troubleshooting and support to clients as well as resolve issues via ticketing sytem
Monitor and troubleshoot technical issues within Service Level Agreements and escalate to relevant parties where necessary
Provide technical reporting and documentation for IT issues
Liaise with vendors and regional teams to work together to resolve any outstanding tickets
Review and manage incident requests through calls, emails or ticketing service system
What you’ll need to succeed
1-2 years of hands-on experience in a similar role providing technical support
Familiarity with Ticketing tools such as ServiceNOW, HP Remedy and more
Understanding of Windows OS, Active Directory, TCP/IP basic troubleshooting skills
Strong end-user facing skills to provide a pleasant experience to end users
Good communication skills and ability to work independently
