This role reports directly to BOS Head of AML Department as part of the core AML leadership team. The Client Onboarding Team Head anchors one of the most important part of the overall AMLCFT controls framework in BOS. This team stands at the onboarding gateway for the whole BOS Group and is a critical gatekeeper to safeguard BOS against ML/TF risks. The team also plays a strategic role in raising risk awareness while enabling business growth.
This role will require both deep technical risk expertise, PB business familiarity, strong people leadership and strategic leadership vision to chart the way forward for the future of AML in the key area of client onboarding for the flagship private bank of Singapore. The role will lead a team of 15 experienced AML Compliance Officers responsible for onboarding of all new clients of the BOS Group and will also shape the onboarding standards across all BOS Group.
