Purpose of the Role Works closely & in consultation with the business to provide proactive and professional HR solutions and advice about people issues and strategy, supporting the development and growth of the people and the organization. Areas of Responsibilities including Role differentiators • Support the entire employee lifecycle e.g. on-boarding briefing, performance management process, compensation and benefits, employee relations, exit management, etc. • Conduct data analytics and metrics to develop solutions to enhance the performance of people programmes and productivity optimization. • Provide support in talent and performance management and retention by working closely with HR COE teams to drive business outcomes and implement related initiatives. • Proactively identify gaps in the existing processes, propose and drive changes necessary to establish good HR practices. • Serve as main HR point of contact to the assigned business accounts to provide HR advice • Engage employees through quarterly HR communication, focus group discussions, networking sessions, etc. • Add value to the business processes and operations, and provide advices to managers on people matters. • Drive a high performance culture that is diverse and inclusive through best practices • Build and foster trusted relationships with business leaders and associates. • Ensure all employment activities are in compliance with internal HR policies and various employment legislations.
