Capgemini is looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our Asia Pacific (APAC) team in Singapore. In this role, you will use strategic researching and sourcing techniques to manage candidate pipeline for Technology positions across the region. You’ll partner with hiring managers to understand their requirements and develop a recruitment strategy to identify the best talent, as well as manage the applicant flow, promote associate referrals, and most importantly, use your research skills to uncover hidden talent. Once you identify the best candidates, you will act as an ambassador for Capgemini and effectively position our employer brand to hire candidates to opportunities. We’ll need you to have a track record of On-boarding highly skilled software professionals in Singapore
