• Managing the team to successfully deliver great hires for Tech, Product and Business/Corporate roles
• Develop & implement, with your team, innovative hiring strategies for talent across all levels
• Build upon existing strategies to attract and develop local Singaporean talent
• Work with your team of Talent Scouts to establish innovative methods for building talent pipelines in niche areas, to support current and future business needs.
• Work collaboratively with our Head of Employer Branding to build out tech employer brand
• Drive TA projects around industry events and tech career fairs, D&I initiatives, process improvement and candidate experience/engagement, etc.
• Proactively develop contacts and networks, stay updated with market intelligence, industry practices, and other opportunities.
• Proven recent Singapore/SE Asia recruiting experience
• Proven leadership skills & ability to build effective teams, promote psychological safety and personal development
• Background in fast-paced, entrepreneurial, startup/tech environments would be an advantage.
• Strong knowledge and track record in high volume sourcing and hiring
• Fluency in English & Mandarin to better serve our Chinese speaking clients and vendors.
• Diploma and University degree in any discipline or equivalent all welcomed
• Minimum 2years in Talent Acquisition (in-house)
