Perform ATM critical service health check on daily basis (2 shifts, 18 x 7 roster) in Technical Command Centre (TCC).
Perform health checks as per SOP
Perform trend analysis
Perform capacity management
Perform post change health checks
Identify prevention initiatives
Identify recurring problems
Attend to EMS alerts
Analyse and reduce EMS alerts
Improve and automate detections
Investigate as per commander’s instructions
TSD problem ticket handling
Perform recovery up to point of restoration (as per Runbook)
Conduct root cause analysis
Perform bug fixes
Manage audits and regulatory checks
Attend to TSD enquiries and service requests
Perform and provide support for project reviews
Conduct DR activities
Work with ATM vendors to understand and apply hotfixes with proper test management cycle
Troubleshoot & provide Base24 hotfixes with proper test management cycle
Successful Candidates will have a Bachelor’s Degree in Information technology with 4-6 years’ work experience in similar capacity
5 years working experience in banking environment, mandatory with experience in supporting crucial production Base24 & ATM application systems
Technically competent in HP Non Stop platform and excellent in TAL & COBOL programing language
Candidates must have domain knowledge in Base24 Application Classic (Rel 5 & 6).
Candidates with exposure to open system applications like Live EJ, Software Distribution (SCCM), Diebold Nixdorf Host Application (Transaction Middleware) & NCR Host Application (Transact-X) will be an added advantage.
