About this role: The Transformation Group is looking for a design leader to complement and drive our Experience Strategy practice. This role will require creativity with scientific rigor and discipline to enable DBS to create joyful customer experiences through design-led scientific and experimental approaches.
Drive complex transformation initiatives that create customer and business value through the lens of Experience Strategy & Customer Journey
Lead and own DBS’s ever-evolving problem-solving and design-thinking framework
Coach, consult and advise projects on research, design, CX and UX best practices
Drive DBS culture and thought leadership in the design and CX space for internal and external channels, including maintaining expertise in emerging trends
Facilitate workshops and trainings that build CX awareness and capabilities
Master’s / PhD in a field related to Design, Psychology, or Architecture, or equivalent working experience preferred with 10 years of relevant work experience
Expertise in at least two of the following: CX Orchestration, Design Thinking, Behavioral Science, Applied Anthropology, UX / UI, Innovation, or Instructional Design
Demonstrated success in deploying programs and products in markets and strategic corporate environments
Significant experience applying CX & design principles in consumer products and services environments, such as Qualitative and Quantitative Research methods, Design thinking, UX /UI, customer journeys, gamification / games design
