Responsibilities Product Owner / Project Management / Business Analysis • Act as a product owner, business lead, business analyst for the wealth segment. • Gather requirements and maintain product backlog • Find/propose and deliver added value solutions • Act as either Product Owner or Subject Matter Expert toward agile delivery • Report regularly to the management and stakeholders on delivery status • Develop efficient working relationship and good interactions/communication with the various stakeholders/departments • Subject matter expert on specific areas of wealth business, able to go beyond the expressed business requirements to identify opportunities and added values solutions enhancing client service, operational efficiency and operational risk. Change Management • Ensure good change management plan (engaging stakeholders, communicate on changes before and after, influencing) • Coordinate and execute change management activities (training, documentation of user guides/manuals, workflows, etc) • Systematic analysis of standard operating procedures and delivery of improvements through project implementation. Department service manager • Privileged point of contact for departments being serviced. • Trusted advisor for processes and system enhancements. • Responsible for user satisfaction of serviced departments. Requirements: • Bachelor Degree or Master Degree with at least 7-10 years of experience as business analyst, consultant, project manager, or product owner preferably with the Avaloq Banking System • At least 7-10 years of experience in a banking environment, preferably private banking/wealth management • Sound knowledge in private banking operational process, particularly customer static data, KYC, account opening, fee and accounting • Project Management or agile certification is desirable • Strong regulatory, compliance and control knowledge • Agile and flexible mindset and is highly adaptable • Fast learning capability • Self-starter and able to deal with complexity and ambiguity • Excellent interpersonal and influencing skills • Analytical/problem solving ability • Leadership and motivational skills Apply Nowâ€ We offer a competitive salary and benefits package and the professional advantages of a dynamic environment that supports your development and recognises your achievements.
