Form deep industry relations with local government agencies/ministries/statutory boards, to drive horizontal innovation for the broad base SME business.
Collaborate extensively with government bodies to create products and programs to accelerate digitization across IBG 4 customer base
Partner IBG business teams to collaborate extensively with IBG 3 customers, able to lead the team to drive deep discovery of industry pain points
Lead the team together with stakeholders like technology, various digital channels teams, legal, compliance, product partners, to develop vertically led solutions and innovation
Lead the analytics team to provide discovery analytical capability to the business to drive new business opportunities, cross sell opportunities, and optimized business cadences
Support the Merlion role in DDOM, Journey Analytics, and the various data initiatives the business has
Manage communications with executive stakeholders and sponsors on business efficacy of innovation programs Requirements
Preferable to have minimum of 12-15 years work experience in managing programs, Business & sales teams, or digital products
Market and business knowledge in SME Banking, familiarization with SME customer needs and internal business processes for lending is preferred.
Large scale Program Management and proven track record in driving Digital Implementation & Innovation
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, proven track record in managing senior executive stakeholders
Able to adapt quickly and work in a fast paced environment, and systematically breakdown complex issues into well-structured solutions that are thought through end to end and lead the team to solutioning
Good understanding of the lending business and processes, from loan origination and application to disbursement, and account application to creation.
Highly meticulous, detailed and logical in thought processes and clear and articulate communication skills, strong process improvement and strategic thinking skills
Good understanding of the Digital & SME competitor landscape
Able to build & manage large and complex teams with various types of skillsets
