The role will be accountable for delivering the DDOM (Data-driven Operating Model) priorities for Group Human Resources in DBS, including driving awareness and capability building for DDOM.
Proven ability to translate business problems into mathematical formulations. Familiar with data manipulation and analysis. Ability to approach data in creative ways and from different angles for use in driving measurable and meaningful business outcomes.
The individual will be required to work with a diverse set of internal and external stakeholders to achieve commitment and buy-in to implementation of these initiatives driven through data and analytics solutions.
