- Lead, guide and motivate a team of diverse software engineers across offshore and onsite to deliver Core Banking solutions to address business requirements.
- Provide technical solutions and system design for projects and system enhancements in consultation with solution architects.
- Engage stakeholders and other technology counterparts to derive holistic solutions that meet business needs and in conformity with Core Banking strategy.
- Oversee development and be accountable for the engineering quality of deliverables.
- Drive development using Agile and other best practices such as TDD, etc.
- Ensure compliance and conformity with engineering standards, practices and application security requirements for development
- Identify gaps and provide remediation to improve platform stability and performance.
- Support timely resolution of critical production incidents.
