In Group T&O, we manage the majority of the Bank’s operational processes and inspire to delight our business partners through our multiple banking delivery channels.

The T&M business partners closely with the T&M technology group. The intent now is to extend that partnership to the Innovation team, though which we build a culture of creativity and courage across the Bank. The Innovation team is cross-disciplinary and has a wide remit across all business units and markets the bank operates in. FY2020 T&M business had achieved 3 billion in income and we believe a sound innovation strategy could increase this further. Our team supports technology needs of T&M, while we are part of T&O. We are looking for Tech delivery leaders to help build solutions to support business growth and with a keen focus on innovation. The role will have regional oversight & delivery responsibilities in meeting the technology & digital needs of T&M Trading regionally
We are looking for someone who truly wants to redefine the banking industry especially in the Investment Banking or Treasury & Markets. You should be well-versed in how to tap new & be innovative as we continue to build on strong T&M franchise. The roadmap includes but is not limited to PaaS, Cloud adoption, microservices, in tapping data and analytics to drive business growth.
Will be a member of regional Leadership team and will be responsible for hiring / building / leading top talent application development teams, defining the delivery operating model for the portfolio with tech colleagues and business on regional basis.
