Position Summary
ᆞPreparing material for the presentation of investment/divestment opportunities
ᆞAfter-investment reporting to company seniors and existing investors
ᆞAd hoc investment advisory service to institutional investors
ᆞWork with external service providers to manage and execute private equity fund
accounting, investment transaction record and monitor cash flows and cash balances
ᆞManage workflow to ensure deadlines are met, this includes planning and
coordination with administrators, accounting firm, auditors, legal counsels and
banks

Qualifications
ᆞSingapore Citizen or PR only
ᆞA Bachelor’s degree
ᆞStrong understanding of financial statements and accounting, candidates can be
coming from fund services, buyside private equity fund or even university
ᆞSolid quantitative and qualitative analytical skills, including the ability to organize and
synthesize data to reach conclusions and knowledge of valuation methodologies
ᆞPowerPoint build up and clear/succinct presentation skills
ᆞKorean language skills and understanding about Korea are plus but not must
ᆞProven interpersonal skills both written and oral with ability to work with a fair degree
of autonomy and demonstrate initiative and a sense of personal accountability
ᆞAttention to detail combined with a solutions-oriented mindset
ᆞAbility to work well in a small, collaborative team
