We’re looking for a candidate to this position in an exciting company.
Define and execute business development priorities for International Markets, with focus on Asia aligned with the mandate to explore new “white spaces” with large scale/potential, with input from GBD’s leadership and key PayPal stakeholders
Align with the internal teams using the Agile methodology to secure resources for the engagements
Lead the negotiation with external partners, engaging GBD Execution colleagues to ensure successful delivery of solutions for large complex partnerships.
Contribute as a key member of GBD’s International team, provide thought leadership into discovering new opportunities
Deep business development, negotiation, legal and/or regulatory experience, especially in fintech or payments in Asia.
Demonstrated business and product knowledge inside the payments ecosystem. Data-driven decision making and customer/ partner centricity
Knowledge and ability to handle external stakeholders. Accountability and orientation to results.
Demonstrated success negotiating and delivering high-impact partnerships that achieve measurable results
Demonstrates accountability, attention to detail and ability to handle complex situations with multiple workstreams and internal/external stakeholders.
Excellent ability to deliver results in a very fast-paced and dynamic environment
Excellent interpersonal skills, including the ability to work across the organization and interact/influence/negotiate effectively at all levels of management and peers
