We’re looking for a candidate to this position in an exciting company.
The SEA Head of HR will be responsible for the holistic performance of the HR function in the region, reporting directly to the International Head of HR and working in close partnership with the regional Managing Director in Singapore. You’ll manage a team of five direct reports that are situated across Singapore and the wider region.
In addition to having a strong generalist background (preferably in healthcare/pharma/highly commercial MNCs) this individual will need to illustrate previous experience operating successfully as a business partner in a regional or sub-regional capacity. You will drive key strategic change initiatives and ensure there are effective communication channels in place to facilitate and implement such change agendas successfully across regional and domestic markets. This person must be a leader, willing and able to operate successfully within a lean operational organisation, in a period of growth and demonstrate resilience and the ability to manage ambiguity. You will bring innovative ideas to the table in order to continue the development of the HR infrastructure across the region.
