The NTUC Enterprise Centre of Excellence for Data, Digitalisation and Technology leads the transformation of the NTUC Social Enterprises by leveraging digital technologies to become more nimble, adaptable and innovative in today’s digital age.
The marketing technology team sits at the heart of NTUC Centre of Excellence to drive marketing automation and personalization for all NTUC social enterprises.The team exists to build a proprietary campaign management system to automate the digital marketing operations and personalize the ad delivered to individual customer on both owned media and external media such as Google and Facebook. The system is powered by Python, connecting open source software, vendors, in-house backend and adnetworks via API, and drivenby rule system and machine learning model. We aim to take away all the heavy-lifting and repetitive operation from marketers and let them focus on the real marketing – innovation, customer journey and creatives. We believe marketing should be treated and built like a product, driven by data in an automated fashion and deliver value to customers.
As part of NTUC Enterprise’s martech team, you will build and maintain infrastructure that hosts the marketing technology services, develop marketing service, and implement the integration with various ad network through API or scripting language. This role is responsible for everything related to marketing technology Infrastructure, Platform, Integration and Service Development operations at NTUC Enterprise, from scripting to integration, cloud management, develop microservice, data operations, ensuring core service infrastructure health, to lifecycle management of the server, to integrate vendors. This individual will be the key person to implement and maintain the infrastructure and backend service of marketing tech.
