Operations officer and trusted advisor who leads strategic execution across the organization in partnership with the leadership team
Develop and maintain operational excellence to drive sales predictability, transparency, and collaboration to meet revenue targets
Lead supply chain operations management, supply chain process governance, and essential escalation management to ensure customer experience across JAPAC
Accountable for systems sales forecast and revenue management across Oracle JAPAC regions, partner with Sales leaders to align forecasts with global supply or potential constrictions
Sales leadership engagement and interlock with Global Business Operations key stakeholders to support JAPAC system supply demand
Delivers success through empowerment and accountability across their team, while providing effective coaching and mentoring
Continuous sales process improvement to improve the selling experience for our sales teams and the buying experience for our valuable customers
Quarterly business review readiness and support across the Sales leadership
Coach, mentor, and develop a team of talented members to support their next career aspirations
10+ years of direct experience acting as an Executive operations officer in Sales Strategy, Revenue Operations, or Sales Operations roles
5+ years of people leadership and success in galvanizing a team around Corporate values, customer experience, and building a diverse and inclusive culture
10+ years engaging across Sales and cross-functional Executive leadership and Global/Worldwide stakeholders
Regional leadership and accountability in supply chain management and operations and/or strategic operations management of a regional Alliance/Partner ecosystem
Success in managing a diverse international team and developing talent to embrace a growth mindset culture within an organization
Experience in leading a go-to-market strategy and operationalizing the strategy to exceed performance targets in a hyper-growth company
Proven experience influencing change management, problem resolution, and communicating complex ideas in coherent terms to a cross function groups in a scaling environment
Ability to collect, organize, and structure data to drive actions which impact the growth of the business
