The voice engineer will be exposed to the banking environment and support existing BAU activities, supporting Voice and Collaboration tools.
Responsibilities 1. conduct daily health check on Voice Infrastructure 2. coordinate with various parties to perform migration from legacy hardphone to softphone 3. perform system patch or vulnerbility patch 4. Fulfil service request 5. Conduct investigation and resolve incident 6. Ensure all service requests and incident tickets are track and close on time.
Knowledge on PABX and voice recording
Knowledge in O365, Skype for Business, Team, Webex and others collaboration tools such as Zooms
Knowledge in Video and Audio product
Knowledge on system security compliance setting
Systematic problem determination skill
Good in managing people and listening to user’s request
