As a member of a larger global client support team, this position will lead our Asia regional teams. Manage staff and provide first and second level support to clients in five locations throughout the region. Responsibilities
Lead a team of 10+technications responding to and addressing client needs in a complete and timely fashion.
Manage IT projects within the region
Act as a member of the client support global leadership team.
Conduct performance reviews and input on compensation and promotions. Requirements
7+ years IT experience, 3+ years management experience. Experience in financial industry a plus.
Ability to lead teams in multiple locations.
Experience with virtual desktops and back end infrastructure
