About the Department
The Retail function provides Personal and Business Banking customers with financial solutions tailored to their needs. We help them manage their money wisely and meet their financial goals through an extensive range of products and services. These include deposit, insurance, secured and unsecured loans, investment and wealth advisory services.
Personal Financial Services
We design and provide products and services that empower our customers to enjoy greater banking convenience while they extract more value from their money. In particular, we are focused on promoting and developing healthy saving and investment practices across generations.
Job Responsibilities
The core focus of the role will be translating wealth advisory capabilities to enable customer appreciation and motivation to build their digital wealth journey with UOB Personal Financial Services. This role will work closely with PC, Investment Strategy team, Advisory platform, Mobile & Digital, Marketing and Franchise to deliver the digital wealth advice.
1) Wealth advisory proposition.
• Design wealth advisory proposition including content, solutions and capabilities, positioning the value externally to ensure a clear client proposition.
2) Wealth Management client experience
• Serve up digital wealth advice to drive engagement and acquisition of target wealth customers
• Continuously monitor outcomes and identify areas of opportunities and improvement.
3) Market and client Insights
• Work with Customer Franchise to gain in-depth understanding of purchase behaviour and preferences, levers of growth and depth of wealth management relationships.
• Work with Investment Advisory team to ensure relevant content to be consumed digitally
• Manages and initiates the use of market and client insights and competitor benchmarking to drive the development of our wealth management proposition and strategy;
• Obtain and use diagnostics insights and regular frontline feedback to identify new opportunities and areas of improvement on wealth client experience.
Job Requirements
• Minimum Bachelor Degree.
• Experience in Wealth Management product & advisory for 7 to 10 years.
• Technical Knowledge: Good knowledge of wealth management products and able to relate to client experience on the digital front.
