Effective application of tax treaties / Review activities and recommend appropriate changes and restructure as required to minimize adverse implications especially when there is a change of tax law / Partner with other team to implement global projects / Quantify tax exposure / Optimize tax incentives

Job Requirements:
Experience Level :
5 to 7 years of tax experience with large corporate tax department of a multinational company, large accounting firm, or tax firm, is required.
Soft Skills :
Superior work ethic / self discipline / initiate and complete projects on his/her own and feed back all key issues and proactively share information/ work well under pressure / positive and can-do attitude
Excellent analytical, organizational and communication skills, meticulous, able to simplify and communicate complex business information
Self starter / enjoys team work, not a risk taker, but innovative / striving to improve performance
Be prepared to educate stakeholders
Agile, highly self m
otivated towards achieving tax savings, reduction of tax advisors fees, and corporate goals (i.e. commercially minded)
Academic/Professional Qualifications:
Discipline : Bachelors Degree in tax or accounting
CA / CPA preferred (good to have but not mandatory)
Demonstrated proficiency in regional tax and accounting matters
Must be conversant with Microsoft Office. Hands-on experience with Oracle and SAP is a plus.
Will be required to handle documentation in Chinese
