We’re looking for a candidate to fill this position in an exciting company.
Establish strong partnership with senior stakeholders across the functions to drive towards a robust people development programme aligned with the company goals. Review training needs, identify training gaps, design and propose training intervention. You will project manage and implement programs to address people development needs. Facilitate or lead in firm-wide L&D events as needed
You are degree qualified with a minimum of 10 years of HR experience in Learning and development function in a corporate environment. You will have worked in a highly matrix organization. Strong ability to build collaborative relationships with business stakeholders and HR team. You will have organizational astuteness and agility. Experience in working in an organization with large employee headcount is important.
