We’re looking for a candidate to this position in an exciting company.
Work with the founders and management team to define the profiles and scope of responsibilities for specific roles based on immediate organization needs, as well as design and implement winning sourcing strategies to fill critical positions.
Lead, coach and develop the team, share best practises and ensure an optimal ratio of talent resource to support the business growth
Provide constructive insights on talent pools and market conditions, creating customised sourcing strategies, building talent pipelines, and getting top candidates for roles within the shortest possible time-frame
Develop and manage the overall Talent Acquisition process and successfully attract and hire top talents for across all functions, brands and markets
Making use of data from our ATS to analyse and communicate recruitment trends, results and insights to drive future recruitment activities for hiring manager and senior management team
Successfully manage talent searches on a predefined timeline, set benchmarks and metrics, identify bottlenecks, as well as understand how to prioritize in a fast-paced environment, with tight deadlines.
Draw on extensive knowledge of talent acquisition and foster dynamic relationships with business leaders, hiring managers, and the rest of the HR team.
7+ years of experience of end-to-end recruitment with a track record of successfully hiring under short timelines.
Team management experience is mandatory
Executive search experience strongly preferred, with the ability to learn about new markets quickly and to run a thorough and high-quality search process, including leadership candidate research, outreach, engagement, evaluation and presentation.
Proven experience in managing and upskilling stakeholders on recruitment processes and interviewing capabilities
Proven track record of recruiting best in class candidates for ecommerce companies, engaging with senior candidates and hiring for both technical and non-technical roles.
Ability to proactively network and continuously seeking new sourcing options, developing creative approaches to deliver the right candidates to stakeholders
Ability to independently manage and drive the search strategy and to prioritize effectively based on key market insights.

Excellent consultative skills and domain expertise to build productive partnerships with internal leaders.
