Senior Software Developer (Java) Permanent

Responsibilities:

• Be responsible for the software solution design, code development, and component test execution to demonstrate alignment to the product/functional specification of the solution
• Design and develop applications using Java and latest J2EE technologies
• Develop test plans & test cases and complete with functional documentations based on the project methodology
• Help to guide or lead other Software Engineers
• Perform and manage stages of the SDLC and participate in the systems review with Project Lead/Manager

Requirements:

• At least diploma in Computer Science or equivalent
• Minimum 2 years of related working experiences
• Strong experience in working with backend systems, preferably using Java
• Good programming experience with Java (POJO, Servlets, JSP, JDBC, AngularJS, jQuery, Gulp, Node/Node.js), WebSphere Application Server/Tomcat on Unix and Windows platforms
• Experience in STRUTS, Hibernate, Junit, Maven, Spring frameworks, Liquibase, GitHub
• Excellent knowledge of SOAP and RESTful Webservices, database design
• Familiar with Oracle SQL and PL/SQL
• Familiar with Agile/Scrum Methodologies
