We’re looking for a candidate to this position in an exciting company.
Involved in planning and managing the project to effectively meet the cost, time and quality targets and also ensure that the specifications meet with statutory requirements and corporate goals and objectives
Working closely with the project manager to develop, plan and implement strategies, proposals and activities to improve care models, work processes and service quality through user’s discussions, vendor’s engagement, mock up exercises, pilot trials and assessments
To facilitate discussion and product selections between the design consultants, ontractors & vendors to synchronize procurement, installation and commissioning of Furniture & Equipment within the various stages of construction.
Co-ordinate user requirements between workgroups and the consultants, attend all meetings and discussions, and documenting all procedures and actions taken for planning and implementation.
Responsible for mock-up trials, drawings and plans to ensure functionality and adherence to users ‘requirements during construction phase and provide support for testing and commissioning for eventual handover and operationalising of the facility.
Min Degree in Construction or Project Management.
Familiar with AutoCad or Bentley Microstation to review construction drawing.
Well versed in MS Office and MS Project.
At least 5 years’ experience in drawings / plans management and project management of multi-disciplinary projects.
Experience with healthcare F&E procurement processes and requirements will be a great advantage.
A good team player with strong interpersonal, communication and problem-solving skills.
Excellent organizational skills with demonstrated ability to execute projects on time and on budget.
