Your new role
Lead design projects with cross-functional teams to improve user experience of multiple live products and new products
Design and develop user-centric solutions to solve complex problems
Analyse and identify pain points for improvements and define project plans and scope
Conduct user research and testing to create customer journey maps and produce user-friendly and intuitive designs
Work closely with various teams across the business to drive engagement within internal and external users
What you’ll need to succeed
You will need minimally 7 years of strong UI / UX and Product Design experience on web and mobile applications in a B2C environment
Hands-on experience with UI design and end-to-end UX design process
Sound understanding of user experience mapping and design thinking
You will need to have a keen eye for detail with strong business acumen
Good communication skills to work with various teams across the business to bring your ideas to live
