As the APAC Senior Operations Manager for New Business Growth, you will be responsible for ensuring we have the right operating model in place across the region to scale our business. This will involve assigning accountabilities and goals across the Go-To Market (GTM) teams, overseeing our pipegen engines and processes across sales, marketing, partner and owning internal reporting and tools to monitor the health of the business. In addition you will work closely with the EMEA region to drive international consistency in this operating model.
This unique position will report directly to the APAC COO, partnering closely with the APAC GTM leadership team and global GTM teams. We are looking for a leader who is highly collaborative and can create alignment across competing priorities and diverse teams. You must be a compelling communicator and problem solver who can derive insights from data, influence and drive change.
