Senior Operation Analyst Permanent NEW

We’re looking for a candidate to fill this position in an exciting company.

• Responsible on all sites MEM Ops metrics on Performance to Plan (PTP), Demand Metrics (DDT), Cycle time and ensure all subcon sites are align to Micron goal/metrics
• Work/ coordinate on the subcons that has problematic issues, help drive the solutions on this issue
• Owner of the Global MEM metrics. Consolidate those metrics across different subcons.
• Owner of the Monthly Operation Review activity
• Responsible for the MEM Operations Quarterly Business Review metrics.
• Provide crisis management support on the needed subcon site
• Coordinates and/or monitors products at all subcons.
• Provide support and work with MEM Operation site managers and MEM sites owners on product issues, capacity, materials and critical issues.
• Develop process improvements in MEM team and subcons.
• Work for standardizations of MEM process across subcons.

• Bachelors degree in Industrial Engineering or related Engineering discipline
• 4-5 years planning or operation experience in electronics/ semiconductor component
• Good analytical skills. Mathematically inclined, as this person has to develop, generate, and review statistics, graphs, and numeric data.
• Problem solving and investigative skills
• Good in written communication and presentation skills
• Highly motivated to work in a dynamic environment, with good integrity and character
• Ability to multi-task and organize work systematically in meeting deadlines without compromising on quality
• Independent and strong personality.
