Senior Manager – Treasury (Real Estate) Permanent NEW

This role will report to the Head of Treasury and include leading project or fund financings, to enable the implementation of business strategy, with particular focus on real estate development and investment financings. You will also manage banking relationships and develop and manage constructive relationships with internal customers and stakeholders. You will support development of treasury strategy and funding plans as well as implementation of treasury projects and process improvement. You will also support business units in the day-to-day management of the funding portfolio.

Requirements:

You are degree qualified with finance, commerce, business or post grad qualification with a MBA or Masters in Applied Finance from a reputable education institute.

You have more than 10 years’ relevant experience in a corporate, real estate fund, bank or financial institution. You have demonstrated track record in leading and executing real estate development and investment financings.

You have excellent interpersonal and communications skills. Ability to read/write/speak business Mandarin will be an added advantage.
